pleated collar
This collar is an example of the 17 century Victorian fashion, one of which I am trying to incorating in my contempoart.
Pleated skirt
This is an example of a pleated skirt, the material is indian paper made in India it is very decorative and comes in different colours.
painted splitpeas
Ths is my first sculptuer garment which I have made on level 6. It is made of paper embllished with painted split peas.

leotard
This is one of the leotards which I was trying to make up to donate for the degree show. It is in the early stage at the moment and need to be finished.
pleated flounce 2
machined work
This is the stage when all the corners of the line drawing were folded in little sections and machined. Although I was enjoying working on this designe, I was also getting tired and disolusioned because it had taken up so much of my energy and left me drained.
first stage of line drawing
This is the first stage of drawing the lines seven centimters appart and on each line five centimetres on each line. In the end these drawings will have the shape of a rectangles. After these lines are completed then they will form abstract.
flounce 1
This is my first flounce which I learnt to create while researching the designer Husain Challayan, I was very excited.
sample
This is the sample which I designed and expereimented on to decided whether or not it would be suitable for my final design.
zip
This is the experimenting stage of sewing in the zip following the machined work done on the material.
pleats and paper
these are a mixture of images on this site for example, pleats, designs from the paper cutting machine, a design of the garment in its first stage, other papers which I have tried out such as crepe and paloma but were not suitable for makinging up the garment.
Origami
These are some origami which I had made up to make a garment from if I had the time, however my time was limited. I still have not given hope because a full garment made out of these pritty little things would be beautiful.
fitting
This is a model fitting of the toile made from plain white dressmaking paper, now placed on the manikin.
pleats
These are pleats from left to right is pleats on the bias, three fold pinch pleats, inverted pleats, top right is knife pleats, top left flounce.
leatard
This is one of the eight leatards which I have made to be sold in ade of the degree show, which is to be held in Bournville in May 2011. At the moment is in the basic stage the sleeves are not sewn in as yet.
Arigami
Arigami for decoration on garments or any other things, they always look pretty where ever they are.
